I would like to suggest that when submitting or editing a ticket there be support for providing details and summary in more than one language.

Possibly there should also be means of switching between languages.

チケットを登録や編集するときに多言語対応機能があればいいと思います。

表示するときに言語選択もあったらいいかもしれません。
