introduce comman in tera term

I want to connect Tera Term with Sparkfun spectral triad.
But I cannot introduced a command like AT in Tera Term software (after the cursor blinking) ? I have select a serial connection (com 3)
Could you explain How I can received à Ok reponse of my AT command ?
