cdvtoc is a simple utility for creating Solaris
VTOC records suitable for building bootable CDs on
Sun SPARC systems. The utility will create a VTOC
that is aligned to cylinder boundaries and display
the padding required for each component of the
ISO. If required, the utility will stitch all the
components together with the new VTOC to create
your ISO file.

G-Kermit is a Unix program for transferring files with the Kermit protocol. It only supports bare-bones file transfer, to be used on the remote end of the connection.

Indigo is a universal organic chemistry toolkit. It contains tools for end users, as well as a documented API for developers. It is based on a cheminformatics library that incorporates a number of unique algorithms developed by GGA Software Services, as well as some standard algorithms well known in the cheminformatics world. The API allows developers to integrate Indigo into their C/Java/C#/Python projects.
Two Indigo-based Java GUI applications are provided: Legio (combinatorial chemistry) and chemdiff (visual comparison of two SDF or SMILES files). Three Indigo-based command line utilities written in plain C are provided: indigo-depict (molecule and reaction rendering utility), indigo-cano (canonical SMILES generator), and indigo-deco (R-Group deconvolution utility).

Open Object Rexx is an object-oriented scripting language. The language is designed for "non-programmer" type users, so it is easy to learn and easy to use, and provides an excellent vehicle to enter the world of object-oriented programming without much effort. It extends the procedural way of programming with object-oriented features that allow you to gradually change your programming style as you learn more about objects.

Leevi is a user interface for the Lexicon MX300 reverberation device (and possibly other MX devices). It is similar to what Lexicon ships along with their devices for Windows operating systems. Leevi works with POSIX compatible operating environments, like Linux, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, and so on.

Project Open ESB implements an Enterprise
Service Bus (ESB) runtime with sample service
engines and binding components. Open ESB
allows you to easily integrate enterprise
applications and Web services as loosely
coupled composite applications. This allows
you to seamlessly compose and recompose
your composite applications, realizing the
benefits of a true Service-Oriented
Architecture (SOA). The core of the Open ESB
SDK is based on Java Business Integration
(JBI) technology, as defined in the JSR 208
specification.

ECe is another clone of the ncurses-based editor that comes with the Midnight Commander (cooledit). Its main feature is simplicity. You don't have to learn lots of key shortcuts; in order to write text, you just have to type it on the keyboard. While preserving all the original cooledit features (like syntax highlighting or gpm mouse support), ECe offers a few useful enhancements: the ability to work with many files, reconfigurable keys and menus, tab-completion in file dialogs, friendlier default color scheme, and more.

NetSurf is a lightweight cross-platform Web
browser. It supports the HTML5 and CSS standards
and provides a small, fast, and comprehensive Web
browsing solution. It works under RISC OS,
AmigaOS, BeOS/Haiku and a variety of UNIX
platforms.

JarBuilder allows programmers to easily create jar files. It is
written in Java, providing a nice Swing GUI. Although it isn't
programmed as a classic wizard, Java programmers are able to build
their own jar files with JarBuilder in three steps. First, you
selected the files you want to include in the jar file, then you load
or write your manifest file (JarBuilder can do an automatic search for
main classes for you and add the correct statement to the manifest
file). Finally, you select the compression level of the jar file,
and JarBuilder creates the file for you.

Unicornscan is an information gathering and
correlation engine. It was designed to provide an
engine that is scalable, accurate, flexible, and
efficient. Unicornscan is an attempt at a
user-land distributed TCP/IP stack. It is intended
to provide a researcher with a superior interface
for introducing a stimulus into and measuring a
response from a TCP/IP enabled device or network.

Netbeans Java SQL Generator is a plugin that automatically generates SQL code (currently for MySQL and PostgreSQL) and Java database methods (such as insertIntoTable, update, delete, and createTable) from variables in a Java class. It comes with many options and possibilities to customize the generated SQL and code for your needs. It works with Netbeans version 6.9 or later on any Netbeans supported system.

rarch (Removable Archive) is a program that keeps a database of archives on removable media (i.e., CDs). It can be used to keep an archive of backup CDs, etc. It comes with a search function, easy archive creation functionality, and other archive management functions. It does not create and manage the archives themselves; it only keeps a database of what files are on what archives, so that they can be searched.
