Major feature enhancements
The mapping manager is now able to generate kml
files from GeoTag files. It also generates Google
Earth network links for each mobile network code.
A few bugs have also been corrected.

Major bugfixes
A new C# RIL implementation was created to get
mcc, mnc, lac, cell id, and current cell signal
strength. A new way to open a GPRS/3G/HSDPA
connection was implemented. A bug in which the
configurator adds a back slash at the end of the
original photo path was corrected.
