Poppler is a PDF rendering library derived from xpdf. It has been enhanced to utilize modern libraries, and new features have been added. It also provides basic command line utilities.

A failure when trying to save a file with Encrypt that has not been modified was fixed. When finding substitute fonts, .otf fonts are now included. A stack overflow in PDFDoc::markObject() was resolved. The utilities pdfunite and pdfseparate now properly initialize globalParams. The build system now checks for the correct cairo-ft and other cairo backends.
La sortie PostScript créée par PSOutputDev a été améliorée. Plusieurs CairoOutputDev bogues ont été corrigés. pdftocairo maintenant vide et ferme fichiers correctement quand faites de les utiliser. Autres corrections ont été faites.

The PostScript output created by PSOutputDev was improved. Several CairoOutputDev bugs were fixed. pdftocairo now flushes and closes files properly when done using them. Other fixes were made.

Le backend Splash obtenu le soutien pour les modèles de carrelage, d'allusion légère et pour la surimpression. Le backend PSOutputDev écrit maintenant gris au lieu de RVB pour des images grises, et au lieu de CMJN RVB dans level2sep et level3sep. Actions JavaScript ont été ajoutées à l'interface GLib. Nouveau "pdftocairo", "pdfunite", et "pdfseparate" outils ont été introduites, tandis que les autres utilitaires ont été améliorés. Improvements were made to Annotation support, Form support, and to performance in general. The Splash backend gained support for tiling patterns, for slight hinting and for overprint. The PSOutputDev backend now writes gray instead of RGB for gray images, and CMYK instead of RGB in level2sep and level3sep. JavaScript actions were added to the glib frontend. New "pdftocairo", "pdfunite", and "pdfseparate" tools were introduced, while the other utilities were improved. Various other improvements and minor fixes were made.
