sigmaker is a random .signature generator. Unlike many other .signature
generators, sigmaker does not use a named pipe for supplying the signature.
Use of a named pipe will generally cause a MUA to lock-up when trying to read
the signature if the signature generator is not running. sigmaker just writes a
file .signature, which should be absolutely fail-safe and compatible with
everything.
