The CE editor has one goal: to be very easy to use. It was originally developed by Charles Henrich in the early 1990s and was used by thousands of students at Michigan State University. Anybody can be comfortable using this program within minutes.

Minor bugfixes
The documentation files have been reorganized. Tar distribution creation has been added to the Makefile. The old license has been changed to match the original author's preference for regular BSD.
Mises à jour ont été faites dans le manuel. Le message par défaut a été modifié pour mentionner que la F1 est utilisé pour l'enregistrement. La variable version a été mise à jour. Un binaire de Solaris, nommée ce.solaris, est maintenant inclus.
