Description du projet

Howl is a cross platform implementation of the
Zeroconf zero configuration networking standard.
It includes daemons and a client side SDK for registering, browsing, and resolving network services, and assigning link local IP addresses without a DHCP server. On Windows 2000/XP, it includes a sidebar in Internet Explorer that allows users to browse zeroconf-enabled Web and FTP servers.

Cette version corrige un bug où le répertoire de construction n'était pas le répertoire source, et des corrections de fuites de mémoire sur le nettoyage. Des correctifs ont été ajoutés pour rendre le portage vers les systèmes d'exploitation autres que Linux plus facile pour autoipd.

This release fixes a bug where the build directory was not the source directory, and fixes memory leaks on cleanup. Patches have been added to make porting to operating systems other than Linux easier for autoipd.
