Hv3 is a Web browser that uses Tkhtml 3 as its
rendering engine. It supports almost all CSS 1.0
and some CSS 2.1, HTML (frames and regular
documents), tabbed browsing, and many image types.
Development is done using Tcl/Tk and C.

Cette version corrige quelques problèmes avec le texte de la copie ou la recherche des chaînes au sein des documents contenant des caractères non-ASCII. Appui à la sélection de texte par le mot a été ajouté et HTTP "Location" en-têtes sont maintenant supportés. Un clic-droit sur le document produit désormais un menu contextuel. <table> d'analyse a été normalisé afin d'inclure <tbody> and co. et <iframe> éléments sont désormais pris en charge. Minor feature enhancements
This release fixes some problems with copying text from or searching for strings within documents containing non-ASCII characters. Support for selecting text by the word has been added and HTTP "Location" headers are now supported. Right-clicking on the document now produces a context sensitive menu. <table> parsing has been standardized to include <tbody> and co. and <iframe> elements are now supported. There were also minor bugfixes and optimizations to layout and document parsing.
Le principal changement pour cette version est que HV3 est maintenant distribué sous forme de fichiers exécutable unique, non pas plusieurs. Elle corrige aussi beaucoup de choses, notamment l'apparition d'éléments <SELECT>, HTTP "Actualiser" et "Location" en-têtes, le blanc "" l'espace des biens, diverses propriétés appliquées aux éléments <BODY> et <HTML>, et certaines ressources fuites. Quelques temps CPU en fonction des optimisations ont été faites.

Major bugfixes
The main change for this release is that Hv3 is
now distributed as a single executable, not
multiple files. It also fixes many things,
including the appearance of <SELECT>
elements, HTTP "Refresh" and "Location" headers,
the "white-space" property, various properties
applied to the <BODY> and <HTML>
elements, and some resource leaks. Some CPU-time
based optimizations were made.
