Phailomatic is an intrusion prevention and denial of service mitigation service written in PHP. It can take advantage of POSIX and PCNTL if compiled into PHP. It requires PCRE and PHP 5.2+. It is mostly useful in the unusual circumstance where the PHP CLI is available and Python is not, thus preventing the use of Fail2ban or Denyhosts.
