SELCALL is a translation program to translate
selective calling signals of the maritime mobile
service (MMS) CCIR 476-3 SITOR radio teletype
service between their numeric values and printable
4-letter-representations. It was written in Perl
5.6 in 2 variants: in Perl/Tk and as a Perl-CGI
script.
