La structure du programme a été réécrit. Il permet à l'utilisateur d'importer un fichier SVG dans le document actuel, de créer de nombreuses vues d'un document, et d'ouvrir plusieurs documents. Le programme a été aussi divisée en "visible", "invisible", et "swf" parties. Un nouveau «Fit_Text_to_Path" fonctionnalité a été ajoutée. Appui aux nœuds texte a été amélioré. Support Node IMAGE a été ajouté (dans l'éditeur). Les gouvernants ont été ajoutés. Les tests sur les TestSuite "SVG du W3C" a commencé.

The structure of the program was rewritten. It
allows the user to import an SVG file in the
current document, create many views of one
document, and open several documents. The program
was also divided into "visible", "invisible", and
"swf" parts. A new "Fit_Text_to_Path" feature was
added. Support for text nodes was improved. IMAGE
node support was added (in the editor). Rulers
were added. Testing on the "W3C SVG testsuite" has
begun.
Cette version propose animation (x, y, largeur et hauteur) SVG vers SWF, des améliorations scène, la capacité de zoom (in, out, 1:1, et à l'ajustement), une chronologie, la capacité de lire des films SWF et le soutien types de nœuds LINE et TEXT.
