WebCall is a MySQL Linux ticket tracking system, built for multi-department use. It features easy setup and configuration, easy and low maintenance once setup, module support, separate user logins with security level control, system logging, an automated system for resetting users passwords, flexible configuration for different departments, separate tables in the database for each department, and much more.
